My heroes are the Ambridge Badgers - especially now they have tackled the slurry pit.
Once they are vaccinated agaist TB they will surely become a race of super badgers.
Hopefully they will take up occupancy of the 'green graveyard' snack on the occupants and generally cause mayhem.

I think that's a really good idea and I hope it comes to pass. The occupants would want it no other way, badgers being the favourite mammal of that 'sustainable' kind of person.
    Very fitting indeed.
In our more old fashioned churchyard the black and white tinkers are highly active at the moment, although they rarely go down more than a few inches. (As soon as the badger law changes we are hoping to 'solve' the problem.)

I particularly enjoyed the meeting regarding the badgers, and was impressed by the writing - the attendees saw right through Brian's attempts to hijack the event for his own (BL's) purposes.

The atmosphere with the buying of drinks and awkward social encounters was marvelous. It is likely unhealthy that I had been looking forward to a fictional meeting all week. It certainly delivered.

Of course having breached the integrity of the slurry tank, the badgers would (normal laws of physics allowed) have found themselves and their homes inundated with several thousand gallons of slurry. Partly solving a problem of badgers
