Oh my goodness! What a picnic! I thought that this episode was brilliant; the tension unbearable, as we all knew what David was feeling while Elizabeth was praising him to the skies. Poor David, poor Elizabeth. Just when they had started to move on they are back to square one. Jill will be devasted at this family rift which may never heal. Should/could David have remained silent?

Great episode! (At long last.) All too idyllic and then wham! David cracks and Lizzie explodes! And he didn't even mention 'man or mouse'.

On the other hand, maybe Lizzie will eventually realise that whatever David said to Nigel, Nigel still had a choice?

This episode came out of nowhere but it was all the more perfect for that. Although there has been a good deal of moaning about the slow pace I think this episode was far better because of the build up. Interesting it wasn't a Friday episode. It set the bar too high for Friday which struggled to keep up. But the quality moved me to comment.
