Archers Addicts,

I need true fans to help as part of a research project into ‘The Archers’. I am looking for a range of different people who think social media and networking sites like this aid to the programming output.
If you could post below a small statement about yourself and how and why you use Archers addicts I would be very grateful!!

If you're going to look at social media and networking sites related to The Archers, aa125, I'd suggest you also look at the official BBC Archers messageboard, #thearchers on Twitter and the Archers page on Facebook, all of which interact with each other. I post here occasionally because I enjoy voting in 'The Sammys' and because, on the whole, this is a pleasant, good-tempered board, with a Host ('Kathy Perks'/Hedli Niklaus) who also acts on the programme and is involved with The Archers Addicts fan club. I also enjoy posting comments on Twitter and then visiting the BBC's Official Archers site to see if any of my tweets have posted there by the team (and sometimes they are!) I don't use the BBC's 'Discuss the Archers' message board anymore though; it's a rather odd place!

Thanks also for the advice, I have tried both twitter and Facebook but sadly have had no replies, but i will keep trying!!

I am also looking for basis information about yourself age, gender, Job, social class, and ethnicity. Then how often and why do you use Archers Facebook or AA. Then what do you love about The Archers as a programme and do you feel social networking sites aid to the programme!
