  Ok my first thread on here so hello all, I'm Gaz. Anyway following up on Portia's suggestion, which Archers character would you most like to share a radio kiss with and why? Try to leave aside the physical appearance of the actor/actress as an indicator of how the character looks
  
  My own choice would have to be Nic, she is just so sweet and fragile underneath with the lovliest soft voice, but she is so eager to be part of village life. I know Will loves her but like Clarrie reckons, I don't think he fully appreciates just how lucky he is!

  Good topic Gaz, if a little risqué! I would choose Ed Grundy. I love his soft gravelly voice and he is a saint with awful Emma!

  There are far too many to choose from... I can't settle on just one...so depending on which mood I was in the following would be on my list!!!.... Matt might be good because he's a bit of a bad boy, Harry because he's proving to be quite an old romantic, for pure entertainment value (and possibly to be serenaded by that fabulous voice before our radio kiss!!!) it may have to be Jazzer but I think I'd most like to give the kiss of life to Nigel!!!!!

  I've always had a soft spot for Robert, and you know, I should imagine he's a pretty good kisser - I reckon he has to be, if only to keep Lynda quiet sometimes!

  Keeping your options open eh Portia haha. I suppose if I had to pick a plan b then Kirsty seems quite cute too. It seems I have a thing for Ambridge's young mothers....but not Emma who is dreadful!

  I'm going to stop being a post hog in a minute but I just clicked on the front page kiss kiss link to see it was about Archers kissing by Adam and Joe, it took a second to realise it was the radio celebrities Adam an Joe, and not Mr Macy and Mr Grundy talking about what would be a very unusual snog!

  Kissing Susan would probably be the only way of stopping her from gossiping! This is a tough one actually. Like Budgie I do like Ed's voice, but I wouldn't want to be compared to Emma! I definitely wouldn't want to kiss James... Now I come to think of it there aren't many eligible bachelors in Ambridge are there?!

  Oh I don't know....Harry, Rhys, and Tom (spoken for but still tecnically a bachelor??) spring to mind - James,Jazzer, Ed,- eligible ?? perhaps not! It really is slim pickings for the females of Ambridge isn't it!!

Surely you can't count Tom as a bachelor though, if Brenda caught you having a cheeky snog with him all hell would break loose! Same goes for Harry and Ed. I think Portia fancies herself as the new mistress of the paddocks ;op

  And now she thinks that not only is Nic not very popular but she's also got a stalker, mind you by Portia's definition, I am still a bachelor in the same way as Harry or Tom, so if you read this Ms Wright, call me, ;o). By the way, I reckon Tom and Brenda will marry soon, after all he's trying to get everything else to take on the Tom Archer name, he might as well rebrand Brenda
