Susan assures Iftikar that Neil has taken his advice seriously; he really doesn’t want to be dropped from the cricket team. Ifty is pleased to hear it. Tracy calls in to the shop. She flirts outrageously with Ifty, even getting him to help her search for a lost earring. Tracy begs Susan for an invitation to Ambridge View for lunch – she wants to quiz Neil on the rules of cricket.
Lynda and Susan check the night camera DVD for any signs of the ‘Ambridge monster’. To their shock and surprise there are no animals to be seen, but there is footage of Will and Nic, in a rather compromising position…
As Ben’s been out for a good while, David suggests Ruth gives him a call. When she does, she hears a tearful Ben, distressed by a rather grisly discovery. She goes to collect him and sees for herself a viciously savaged ram. Ruth tries to reassure Ben the culprit was Lynda’s monster, but she secretly fears it’s another terror attack. When Pip finds David calling the police, she demands an explanation. Her fury that Ruth and David didn’t tell her the truth is tempered by genuine fear for her family. David tells Pip all they can do is stand together and look out for each other.
