Adam lends a hand at Brookfield as they clean up after the fire and provides David with some supplies. Adam says he’s extremely grateful to David for agreeing to give evidence against those that attacked him. However, Adam advises David to think about his family’s safety and consider changing his mind.
Meanwhile, Annabelle has discovered what Gerry wanted with Home Farm’s arable contract. Gerry is keen for Borchester Land to drop the contract to farm Estate land, opening it up for discussion at the next board meeting. Brian is still not concerned as he is confident that Home Farm provides the best deal for BL.
Today is Sam’s wedding day. Keith and Emma chat about the ceremony. Emma wonders whether Keith is all right, as she noticed he was limping down the aisle. Keith says he hurt his ankle when he tripped trying to avoid standing on Chelsea’s hamster. Later on, Tracy and Keith discuss the fire at Brookfield. Keith rushes off to find Emma when he discovers she was actually there. He apologises profusely, and his erratic manner makes Emma suspicious. When Emma gets a moment alone with Ed, she raises the possibility that the man she saw running away from the fire could have been her uncle Keith…
