24th-29th October
As the nights draw in and Hallowe’en fast approaches, Kenton gets busy planning a ghoulish costume for a special (or should that be spectral?) night at The Bull.
We wonder whether Jamie needs a costume, as some mischievous spirit seems to have swapped him with a zombie! Meanwhile, Lynda gets a grip on the panto and hopes it won’t be the usual nightmare.
Nigel dresses up as Dracula,(see suggested panto make-up on left), but the thought of him donning a dress as the dame fills Elizabeth with true horror! The Grundy brothers go bump in the night as the ghost of relationships past raises it’s ugly head… again. Like Mike Myers, it just keeps coming back!
Poltergeist
Harry attempts to keep his spirits up, but sharing with Jazzer is worse than living with a poltergeist – at least they don’t leave old chops lying about! Meanwhile, the swift and sinister shadow of the peregrine falcon continues to hang over Ambridge. Some encourage the predators while others, like Peggy, are horrified by dark visions of decapitated prey littering the village… It’s The Archers!
