If yuo're fed up with just steaming or boiling veg give this a go:
1 butternut squash
4 mixed peppers
3 red onions
Pre heat oven at gas mark 6.
Peel and de seed squash,de seed peppers, peel onions.

The Archers walk the stars! A double whammy for The Archers as the programme and Norman Painting (Phil) are honoued by receiving a double star on Birmingham's Walk of Stars.
